Dear All, I am writing to start a strategic reflection on the evolution of our LMS, looking ahead to the future of EPICCODE as an AI-native university. I would like Ubeyt and Stefano, and Riccardo and Guido to work on two parallel tracks regarding the development of our New LMS. The core of this challenge is to define how we can build a truly AI-native Learning System. Specifically, I ask you to reason on how to evolve our model along these two parallel fronts, focusing on: The Future Student Experience: What will the learning journey look like in an AI-native environment? Product Differentiation: What are the real assets we want to bring to the market?
