Hi all, Below there is a summary of the proposed changes and optimizations for the LMS, along with a few suggested improvements. 1. [URGENT] Consolidate All Subjects Under a Single Entry Currently, subjects on the LMS are split by semester/enrollment year. We propose merging each subject into a single entry that contains all associated classes. [image: image.png]Important note: It would be extremely valuable to have a view showing only the currently enrolled students who have not yet passed the exam in the "Classes" section — essentially a consolidated list across all batches for that subject, excluding those who have already passed. This view should include easy access to student data and an export button. 2. Final Exam Column and Grades Registration There is currently a bug in the Final Exam column: clicking on it fails to display the content and logs the user out of the session. [image: image.png] We propose fixing this bug and enabling exam grade recording directly from this section. Ideally, an admin could grant specific tutors or teachers access permissions to this area. It would be very helpful to have this working in time for this year's summer exam session. Suggested Improvements • @Fabio Garofalo <fabio.garofalo@epicode.edu.mt> will set up the oral component for the Foundational Mathematics exam. • Stefano Zarro and @Riccardo Tomassetti <riccardo.tomassetti@epicode.com> will handle the design of the automated distribution of exam corrections.
