Dear All, I am writing to start a strategic reflection on the evolution of our LMS, looking ahead to the future of EPICCODE as an *AI-native university*. I would like Ubeyt and Stefano, and Riccardo and Guido to work on *two parallel tracks* regarding the development of our New LMS. The core of this challenge is to define how we can build a truly *AI-native Learning System*. Specifically, I ask you to reason on how to evolve our model along these two parallel fronts, focusing on: 1. *The Future Student Experience:* What will the learning journey look like in an AI-native environment? 2. *Product Differentiation:* What are the real assets we want to bring to the market? We need to clearly identify what will differentiate our product from "standard" solutions like NotebookLM or other AI products. The goal is to understand what makes our offering unique and superior in terms of educational value and technology. *Next Steps:* Please take this weeks to explore these two tracks within your respective areas. I will schedule a meeting where we can compare these two viewpoints, merge our ideas, and define the roadmap for the LMS of the future.
