Hi Team, I am pleased to announce that *Simone Masserini* is joining us for an important new initiative. Simone will be working with us as a consultant for a *three-month pilot phase* as part of a strategic test we are currently conducting. Simone brings to the team a *proven track record as a Mentor and Coach* for university students at leading Italian and international universities, making him the ideal person to guide our students through this pilot phase. His Role & Mission Simone joins us in the role of *Program Mentor *, but his contribution will be both technical and operational. His primary mission is to help us analyze and improve our *student retention rates* by studying the "drop-out" phenomenon. To ensure we are aligned with global standards, Simone will be researching best practices from top online universities that successfully utilize *Mentor Programs* to minimize drop-outs. A Hands-on Approach: The Mentor Program Simone will not only focus on data analysis; he will be personally involved in the field. He will take on the role of *Mentor*, directly following the *February intake of students*. This hands-on phase is crucial: if this activity proves successful, we will evaluate how to extend and scale this support model to future intakes. Why this is crucial This project is a vital test for our growth. The success of this initiative is a success for the entire company, but most importantly, for our *Bachelor students*. Our goal is to lower the drop-out rate and provide them with every tool possible to reach their academic goals and have a great experience. Collaboration & Coordination Given that this is a *three-month pilot project*, your support is essential. Simone will be reaching out to some of you to gather information and data.
