With Stefano's help, we have now finalized the summer exam session
schedule. You can find the updated calendar here:

We have scheduled at least one session on a Saturday for each subject and
we ensured a gap of at least 19-20 days between the first and second date.
This should provide enough time to grade the first exam and allow students
who failed to re-register for the second call.
Below, you will also find the draft email we are planning to send to the
students.

Dear Students,
We are pleased to share with you the official calendar for the upcoming
Summer Exam Session 2026.
The calendar includes two dates for each subject. Please note that you may
book only one exam date per subject.
As per our academic policy, if the exam is not passed on the first attempt,
you will be allowed to register for the second session.
However, this will not be possible in case of a no-show (absence without
attending the scheduled exam).
For exams that include both a project and an interview, the listed dates
refer to the interview. Please ensure the project is submitted no later
than two weeks ahead of the interview date.
Please note: Regarding practical projects that require submission, further
communications and detailed instructions will be sent to you in the
upcoming weeks.

We kindly ask you to refer only to the exam dates that apply to your study
plan for this semester.
In the coming weeks, you will be able to register for your exams directly
through your student platform. You will receive an official email
notification as soon as exam registration becomes available.
We also inform you that the official calendar has been added to the "Exam
Calendar" module within the course named "Exams Guidelines".
