To ensure we stay ahead, Riccardo and I have decided to decisively accelerate our internal processes through the strategic implementation of Artificial Intelligence. I am pleased to announce that Giorgio Ardigò, an expert in the field, will be joining us on-site to guide us through what I consider a "quantum leap" for our organization. *An Investment in You* At EPICODE, we teach the value of education, and we practice what we preach. Giorgio will start with an intensive session with Biagio and Antonio, followed by meetings with Marina and Michele, and finally with Chiara. *A "Hands-On" Approach and Calendar Management* It is crucial that you organize your agendas accordingly for these dates. The goal is not for you to modify your work, but to have Giorgio work side-by-side with you in a strictly "hands-on" and practical way. He will be right there with you to improve real-time tasks. This organization is specifically designed to produce immediate, measurable effectiveness that we can track week after week. *Our Expectations* Following the initial meetings, clear objectives will be set for immediate application. Subsequently, the scope will expand to include other key figures across the company who require this training and transformation. This path requires a high degree of pragmatism.
