Marina🐒
Dear all,
I wanted to share a couple important bachelor updates with you.
*🗓️ September Exam Session*
Yesterday, we officially released the schedule for the September exam
session, two months in advance. The exact dates and time schedules are
already available on the platform.
- The exams will run over 4 weeks (02/09 - 26/09), with only one session
per course.
- All weekday exams are scheduled from 5:00 PM onwards.
- We have scheduled 3 different subjects every Saturday to offer as many
weekend modules as possible. We made sure to balance these evenly across
semesters, ensuring that every cohort has exam options on Saturdays.
*📢 New LMS Feature: Announcements Section*
This week, we launched the new "*Announcements*" section on the platform,
which acts as an academic notice board for students. This provides an
additional repository for all communication in case students miss our
emails or Discord updates.
We published the first announcement this morning, reminding students about
the September exam dates. Here is a quick overview of how it works (and
I've attached a short video below demonstrating the feature):
1. When students log into the LMS, they will immediately see the new
announcement right on their dashboard.
2. To clear it from the dashboard, they must click on it and select
"Mark as read."
3. Once marked as read, the notice will still remain accessible and
archived under the "Announcements" section in the left-hand menu.

A huge thank you to Ubeyt and Philip for taking on this request and
delivering it in such a short amount of time!
Please let me know if you have any questions or feedback.
Thank you,
Marina

Thank you Marina, congratulations to you and your team!
A quick comment from my side: I would suggest to contact Jesse and ask him
to "reverb" both news within their own channels, stressing the "we listened
to you and acted accordingly ".
This will give us a small credit and, even more important, guarantee the
email sent from Faculty won't get lost in the "institutional communication
flow"
while we are still finalising the best way to structure a continuous,
stable communication flow with the students, I am happy to send a quick
note to Jesse
Ivan, Giulio, Riccardo, please let me know what you think

Thanks Simone, this is the proper approach and I totally agree.
I take care of it on behalf of Marina since I have many chance to talk with Jesse.
